Customer-focused story equals increased sales
Seen in the market as a reseller of telecommunications equipment, SKC found clients didn’t recognize its position as a full-service communications solutions provider. Leveraging Morningstar Communications’ proven Future VisioningTM process and marketing expertise, the company developed a new way to tell its story.
Using the information gleaned from Future Visioning, we created a comprehensive messaging platform focused on benefits and customer value. Our team worked with SKC to develop a corporate brochure, presentation template and talk track that integrated the company’s messaging and new look and feel. We then helped them tell their story through proactive media relations and marketing initiatives.
Telling the SKC story took a new form with the creation of a signature event, the Smart Communications Technology Summit. For three years, Morningstar Communications has helped SKC create, orchestrate and produce this annual event.
