Morningstar Communications Public Affairs Practice Director to Speak at KC IABC

Morningstar Communications is proud to be hosting Public Affairs Practice Director Neil Dhillon when he speaks at the September 17 luncheon for the Kansas City Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (KC/IABC).

Neil will share perspectives on the administration’s first year, discuss what the changes mean and where the agenda is headed, and underscore what this means for Kansas City communicators, as we head into 2010.

With more than 25 years of experience providing strategic communications and public affairs counsel in Washington, D.C., Neil is managing director of the D.C. office of MS&L Worldwide, of which Morningstar Communications is the exclusive Kansas City affiliate. Neil augments our in-house capabilities, playing an essential role as a senior crisis communications counselor on legislative and regulatory issues.
