Morningstar Communications is pleased to announce the promotions of Tricia Jaworski and Rachel Spear to account directors.
Tricia has been with Morningstar Communications for seven years, most recently serving as an account manager. In that time, Tricia has worked with a number of clients, including Service Corporation International, American Diabetes Association, Grundfos, Saint Luke’s Health System, Youth Entrepreneurs and Tension. Tricia is a member of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership Program and is a Kansas City Zoo docent. She graduated magna cum laude from Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo., and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication.
Rachel, who also recently served as an account manager, provides account service for Hallmark Business Connections, Stinson Morrison Hecker, United Healthcare and the Kansas City Ballet, among others. Rachel serves on the board of directors for both Ozanam and the Kansas City Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and is a member of Young Friends of Art. She is a graduate of Drake University where she earned a degree in journalism and mass communications; she also holds a master’s degree in journalism with an emphasis in integrated marketing communications from the University of Kansas.
Both Tricia and Rachel have grown to become outstanding leaders, managing account teams to develop strategic marketing communication programs and providing communication counsel, expertise and leadership for our clients. We are very proud of their accomplishments, and feel fortunate to have them as part of our team.
