Eric Morgenstern Discusses Excellence in Protocol Journal

In the summer 2011 edition of Protocol Journal, Eric Morgenstern’s article, “Think Excellence, Not Difference” (p. 38) discusses why businesses should not market themselves based on what makes them arbitrarily different, but instead leverage what makes them the best choice for customers. By defining an area of excellence and proactively communicating with key audiences, companies can better position themselves for long-term success.
